All products are handmade in our studio in Riga, Latvia. We prepare each item with love and care and hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we love making it!

Our items are made to order, so please allow us 1-2 weeks to make them. We know that this may be longer than you are used to wait, but please keep in mind that your are purchasing something that is handmade just for you! All orders are usually shipped out from our studio no later than 14 days after ordering, but sometimes it may take a little bit longer because of the queue ahead of you. See shipping times to different countries below.

We ship worldwide. You can order Flash You and Me lingerie no matter where you are!

As a receiver of the package, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes based on the country you are shipping to. Flash You and Me is not liable if your package is seized by local customs/tax authorities. We advise that you check your country’s local terms and conditions for importing foreign products before making any purchases.

Our default shipping method is registered mail.

We also offer Express Shipping option. Shipping with this method takes 1-4 work days for EU countries and 3-5 work days for the rest of the world. This does not cut the processing time for products that are made to order (10 to 14 days), but we always try to rush our Express orders! We also have a wide range of in stock items. You can take a look at them in our READY TO SHIP section.

The default shipping rates are as follows: 4 euros for deliveries within Latvia, 6-8 euros for deliveries within Europe and 10-12 euros for shipments to the US. For every additional item 0.95 Eur applies.

Express shipping rates are as follows: 10 Eur for Latvia, 20-25 Eur for the rest of the world.

If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, please send us a message and we’ll make sure to ship it to the correct address. Please let as know as soon as possible if this happens!

Everything is shipped in plain white/black envelopes or boxes.

Please use our sizing charts under the photo gallery of each product. If you are between sizes or unsure what size to order, send us a message to info@flashyouandme.com and we’ll help you choose. Most of our products already have a suggestion in their description weather to choose to size up or down, so please take the time to read it.

We offer custom sizing for most of our items. Just send us an email with your measurements in cm and we will let you know if we can make a custom pattern for you. This option is valid for no extra charge.

Yes, sure! We’d love to make something special just for you. We can make our existing designs from different materials, or custom designs with the materials we have. Please don’t ask us to recreate works by other designers – we will never do it!

If the request for exchange/return is received within 3 weeks from the shipping day it is possible to exchange the sizes! Write to our customer service email info@flashyouandme.com to discuss all the details.

Yes! It’s a great option if you want to surprise someone with a gift but don’t know their preferences or size, or if there is not enough time to make and ship the products. You can request a virtual gift voucher for 50 or 100 euros. To make it personal – you can even choose the coupon code to be a special message – just remember to only use Latin letters and stick to 30 signs. If not, we will just make the code ourselves. The card is made as a photo and sent to your email with the code and expiration date, which is 3 months after purchase. We can also send a pretty gift card by post – message us first if you’d prefer this option!
